AS A TEAM GGC MEMBER YOU WILL RECEIVE:

Access to a run coach and a full marathon training program with weekly in-person training runs with the team.
Commit to fundraising $2,000 by “Medal Monday” – March 9, 2025. All runners are required to sign a member agreement that acknowledges the fundraising requirement and deadline.
Secure your spot on the team and kick off your fundraising with a $75 donation to your own fundraising page for the full marathon and $50 for the half marathon.

To apply to run the 2026 Los Angeles Marathon on Team GGC, please complete your submission below. Applications will be open from October 6, 2025 through November 1, 2025. All runners will be notified by EOD November 8, 2025 if they have been accepted to Team GGC.

The marathon course takes you from Stadium to the Stars, showcasing the vibrant neighborhoods and famous landmarks of this dynamic city. If you are accepted onto the team, you must reach your minimum fundraising commitment by March 9, 2025. If you are unable to meet your commitment by then, your credit card will be charged for the difference.
LA Charity Half Marathon

Join thousands of runners from around the world as you race through the iconic streets of Los Angeles on March 9, 2026 for the LA Charity Half Marathon. The marathon course takes you from Stadium to the Stars, showcasing the vibrant neighborhoods and famous landmarks of this dynamic city. LA BIG 5K

The Big 5 Sporting Goods LA 5K is a family-friendly 5K, open to participants of all ages and abilities, including runners, walkers and strollers! Experience an iconic run as you run through beautiful Elysian Park before a rewarding finish set against the backdrop of world-famous Dodger Stadium. If you are accepted onto the team, you must reach your minimum fundraising commitment by March 9, 2025. If you are unable to meet your commitment by then, your credit card will be charged for the difference.

We’ve reached capacity for 2025 LA Marathon Charity Entries but you can still sign up for the race and raise money & join Team GGC! We have BYOB Team Slots available on a first-come, first-served basis. These slots receive similar runner perks as the Team Member Slots.
